filadelfio working at one of his work

Filadelfio Todaro is an Italian

ceramic artist.

After obtaining his diploma at the Academy of Fine Arts in Palermo, he has been exhibiting successfully since the late 1980s. He uses the technical and aesthetic canons of the Sicilian ceramic tradition as a solid foundation for his art. He focuses on the shape of the piece of art, trying to create new forms through the use of traditional and modern techniques. The color is used as a way to emphasize the main features of the shape.
